back to camp tonight...Lord help me!!
so yesterday, I went to platoon mate Jarod's birthday party at Downtown East chalet "resort". Frankly, that place is kinda communist/fascist like in the sense that it's govt. run and owned, and caters to the entertainment needs of the dear breed we call 'heartlanders'. oh bother.anyway, it was an ok night. Jarod's parents were really nice especially his mom. Jarod though, got piss drunk and nearly passed out before cutting his birthday cake. Hah. We gambled, I sang Mariah Carey songs to annoy some Mariaholic guy named James and finally, I took a cab home and went to bed by 3am! superb!
and now, it's Sunday and at 6.26pm, I'm not feeling so good. I've got to book into camp by 2300hrs latest. Another week of NS bullshit to live through before the weekend comes.
Incidentally, I watched "Alexander" on saturday and I kinda enjoyed it. yeah, it's a bit too Discovery Channel documentry-ish but very cool nonetheless. I've always known, never believe what the damn critics say...unless it comes to duds like say, the Bennifer vehicle "Gigli" etc. ahem.

well.. looking forward to the upcoming long Labour day weekend! =) well.. think Jarod's party went well too man. But the babes weren't anything worth paying attention to. Bah, not my type man. kinda had enough of the lians. Looking for a decent good looking gal. Intelligent, good looking, cute, has her own opinion, sporty perhaps?
blah blah blah. so much for blogging. this is turning out to be some confessional or one to one conversation. LOL! time out.
